Carin Winter and Yogi Prakash are teaming up to bring about the need for consciousness, mindfulness and yoga to be spread to children and the world. As Carin works diligently to spread and teach mindful in the west to children, Yogi Prakash is teaching it to the children of the east. The two have come together to form a cosmic explosion of love, hope and charity which they envision will change education and the world.

Mission Be is designed to create positive lasting cultural changes through the practices of mindfulness, which supports academic growth, nonviolence, and the cultivation of compassion.
Mission Be introduces mindfulness through educational endeavors, the use of the arts and multimedia, supportive educational forums, positive dialogue and intergenerational workshops.
Mission Be envisions safe schools, organizations and communities practicing mindfulness, which cultivates compassion and supports social-emotional well-being.
